We are proud to welcome Attorney Ryan Ahern to our legal team at the Law
Offices of Grech & Packer. The lawyer will now work side-by-side with
Attorney Paul Grech, Jr. in advocating for defendants in criminal cases
in Riverside, San Bernardino and other parts of the Inland Empire.
After graduating from the University California, Santa Barbara with a double
major in political science and religious studies, Attorney Ahern went
on to study law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He obtained notable
achievements during his time there. He became a Public Interest Scholar
and was admitted to the Saint Thomas More Honor Society, as well as to
the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society. As a law student, he participated in
the Hobbes Trial Advocacy Clinic and chaired the Scott Moot Court Honors Board.
Attorney Ahern also obtained important work experience while he was in
law school. He worked for the Orange County Public Defender's office,
he completed various types of felony preliminary hearings while working
for the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, and he worked as a
judicial clerk at the California Court of Appeals District two, Division
Seven. Mr. Ahern later went on to gain experience in the preparation of
capital trials and of California criminal appeals. The lawyer was admitted
to the bar in November 2013. Mr. Ahern is currently a member of multiple
professional organizations, which include the Riverside Barristers, the
Riverside County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association
and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
